At TAAZAAR™, we stand behind our Cozy Dream Swaddle, designed to enhance your baby's sleep. We are confident in our product's quality and encourage you to use it consistently for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If, after this trial period and within 60 days of purchase, you find yourself unsatisfied, we are here to help.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please be aware that after 24 hours, changes or cancellations may not be feasible as the order likely has entered the processing phase. Should you cancel within the allotted time, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We believe in the effectiveness of our swaddles and encourage a minimum 14-day usage. If you are not fully satisfied after this period and within the 60-day guarantee, you may return the product. Please note that while we refund the product cost, shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team via the form on our Contact Us page or directly at hello@taazaar.com. Please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used during the purchase to expedite the process.
Damaged Items
We ensure our products are well-packed, yet damages can occur. If you receive a damaged item, report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@taazaar.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damages caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver promptly, delays that occur due to couriers, customs, or other external factors are beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. TAAZAAR™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If the address is incorrect and not updated within 24 hours, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
